“One generation material, one generation device, one generation application”, material is the cornerstone. Given the potential support and guarantee role of Gallium Oxide materials in the national economy and national defense military industry in the future, Gallium, Gallium Oxide materials and related industries are hot areas for international powers to compete for development. The key research direction in the field of Gallium Oxide is to break through the engineering batch preparation technology of high-quality Gallium Oxide single crystal and homogeneous epitaxy. Since its establishment, Hangzhou Fujia Gallium Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Fujia Gallium) has always adhered to the direction of Gallium Oxide material industrialization and researched materials’ basic properties and industrialization technology.
As we all know, the premise of material industrialization is the automation of material preparation. For Gallium Oxide single crystal, the dependence on senior engineering and technical personnel is reduced as much as possible during the material growth process. The automatic growth of Gallium Oxide single-crystal material is difficult due to the difficulty of volatilization and decomposition at high temperatures, the highly asymmetric thermal field of the EFG and the anisotropy of Gallium Oxide material. Recently, Fujia Gallium took the lead in realizing the EFG “One-Click Growing Crystals” technology in the field of Gallium Oxide (see the figure below), laying a solid foundation for the future industrialization of Gallium Oxide materials. The relevant control software has obtained the computer software copyright registration of the National Copyright Administration (registration number: 2023SR0329780, 2023SR0339373).

Founded in December 2019, Hangzhou Fujia Gallium Technology Co., Ltd. is located in the beautiful Fuyang District of Hangzhou City, is a Sci-tech enterprise incubated by the Shanghai Institute of Optics Fine Mechanics and the Fuyang District Government of the “hard technology” industrialization platform - Hangzhou Institute of Optical Fine Mechanics. On May 20, 2024, CCTV 1 set of “Morning News” reported in detail the transformation mode of Hangzhou Institute of Optical Fine Mechanics’s scientific and technological achievements. As one of the most representative enterprises of Hangzhou Institute of Optical Fine Mechanics’s incubator platform, Fujia Gallium was honored by CCTV, and for the first time disclosed the evaluation site of “One-Click Growing Crystals”.
