On November 8, 2024, the 5th Asia-Pacific Conference on Silicon Carbide and Related Materials (APCSCRM 2024), which lasted for 3 days, was successfully concluded at Grand Skylight International Hotel, Pingshan, Shenzhen, China.
This event is sponsored by Innovation Association of Wide Bandgap Semiconductor Technology and Institute of Physics CAS, with the theme of "Open Innovation in the Chips Era · Chips Promote Cooperative and Development ", focusing on wide bandgap semiconductor (SiC, GaN, Ga2O3, AlN, Diamond, etc.) related materials, devices and cutting-edge applications. Invited a number of experts, scholars and enterprise representatives to carry out international industry exchanges, providing a comprehensive communication platform for the industry.
