      Recently, HKUST Fok Ying Tung Research Institute incubated enterprise "Tanoxi Technology" successfully completed millions of angel investment. This round of financing is millions of yuan, led by Leaguer. The financing will be used to introduce advanced equipment and boost the capacity of MOCVD and mist-CVD technology routes to meet the rapidly growing market demand.

      With the rapid development of the global electronic information industry, the innovation of the third and fourth generation semiconductor materials has become the focus of all countries. Among them, Gallium Oxide (Ga₂O₃), as a semiconductor material with ultra-wide bandgap, shows great application potential in high voltage power electronics, radio frequency communication, photoelectric detection and other fields. Owing to its high breakdown electric field strength and high thermal conductivity, Gallium Oxide has brought significant advantages for high power and high-frequency applications, and has become a hot research direction in the new generation of semiconductor materials.

      However, the global development of Gallium Oxide epitaxy materials and devices is still at an early stage, and there is a large technical gap in this field in the domestic market. In order to fill the shortage of Gallium Oxide technology in China, Guangzhou Tanoxi Technology Co., Ltd. was founded by Professor Tan Chee Keong, focusing on the preparation of Gallium Oxide epitaxy films and the development of high-performance semiconductor devices.
