      1.Mechanism research on Gallium Oxide: (1) Research on the processing performance and removal mechanism of Gallium Oxide materials; ② Study on Gallium Oxide processing consumables and process parameters to improve material removal efficiency and uniformity; ③ Gallium Oxide removal uniformity analysis and machining accuracy assurance.
