· Product Features and Uses:

      Gallium Oxide is a transparent oxide semiconductor material, which has broad application prospects in optoelectronic devices, mainly used in IGZO targets, Gallium Oxide substrates, luminous materials, crystal materials, catalysts and other products. In addition, the Gallium Oxide substrate has the characteristics of high band-gap width and breakdown field strength, and is one of the representative materials of the fourth-generation semiconductor.
