In the river of time, another year quietly turns its page, leaving behind the traces of our joint efforts and the fruits watered by our sweat. This year has been one filled with uncertainty and challenges, but also a year of innovation, breakthroughs, and collaborative growth. Faced with various impacts of the overall environment and rapid changes in the industry landscape, we have marched forward with more resilience, facing difficulties head-on and surpassing ourselves.
This year’s summary is not only a comprehensive review of the work done in the past year, but also a profound reflection and plan for the journey ahead. It records the efforts and contributions of every member, showing the opportunities we have found amidst adversity.

Breakthrough Chapter
1、January 18, 2024, the Alliance Council was Successfully Convened

Ms. Fei Xuemei reported on the work results and financial situation in 2023. In this council, everyone unanimously approves the addition of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China as a new council unit. At the meeting, the directors actively discussed the key directions of alliance ‘s future operation services and work content for 2024. The directors express their concern and expectation for expanding the international membership of the alliance, and will assist the alliance in establishing its own image and influence internationally. They hope to strengthen exchanges with the international industry and jointly promote industry development.
2、Asian Gallium Oxide Alliance Had Gained a Lot at the 2024 JFS Conference and China International Compound Semiconductor Industry Expo

From April 9th to 11th, the alliance attended the 2024 JFS Conference and China International Compound Semiconductor Industry Expo. The main objectives of alliance are industry exchanges, talent pool landing, understanding the needs of all aspects of the industry.
During the exhibition, the alliance visited the participating member enterprises, conducted in-depth exchanges with representatives of all parties, and jointly discussed the latest information and experience in the industry. Also expanded multiple potential member units, allowing more units to know and understand the alliance. We are also fortunate to have successfully met with Professor Li Xiaohang from King Abdullah University of Science & Technology, whom we have been in contact with email before, and invited him to become a member of the Alliance Technical Expert Committee.
At this conference, the alliance invited Qi Hongji and Wei Qiangmin, two directors, to discuss the current situation and industrialization prospects of Gallium Oxide materials. They analyzed the national policies, industry prospects, and semiconductor industry situation, which gave us a deeper understanding and vision of the industrialization path of Gallium Oxide.
3、Gallium to Drive the Future! Alliance Perspective of the IWGO

The Chairman and Secretary General of the Alliance attended the International Workshop on Gallium Oxide and Related Materials (IWGO) held in Berlin, Germany from May 26 to 31, 2024. During the conference, the alliance had in-depth exchanges and communication with multiple international industry experts, scholars, and entrepreneurs. Among them, experts such as Yun Ji Shin from K-GOAL (Korean Gallium Oxide Alliance) in South Korea, Professor Fujita(founder of FLOFIA), sales manager of Orbray, and Professor Roberto from Parma University were introduced original intention and service content of the alliance. Through this we have received recognition and affirmation from everyone for the alliance. The experts expressed that will continue to pay attention to us. Through this exchange, alliance has expanded the international reputation.
The President unit of the alliance, Novel Crystal Technology, Inc. of Japan, and the council unit, Suzhou GAO Semiconductor Co., Ltd, attended the conference as exhibitors and brought their exhibits and the latest research progress. Director Qi Hongji of Hangzhou Fujia Gallium Technology Co., LTD., gave a report titled "Better GO, Better WLD" at IWGO, sharing his thoughts on the industrialization path of new semiconductor Gallium Oxide single crystal materials and the progress made by Fujia Gallium in promoting the industrialization of Gallium Oxide materials. At this meeting, the Chairman and Secretary General of the Alliance met Mr. Chou Tashun from Germany IKZ and invited him to become a member of the Alliance's Technical Expert Committee.
4、The "2024 First Gallium Oxide Technology and Industry Seminar" First Co-Organized by the Alliance was Successfully Held

On July 17-18, the high-profile Gallium Oxide industry event was successfully held in picturesque Hangzhou. The "2024 First Gallium Oxide Technology and Industry Seminar" first co-organized by the alliance. During the preparation period, the alliance assisted the organizers in inviting multiple overseas Gallium Oxide special reports, successfully attracting multiple companies to participate, and receiving and assisting multiple experts and professors in registration reporting and hotel check-in. During the conference, the alliance specifically visited member units to gain a deeper understanding of their market demand, product situation, research progress, and other related information to provide better and more effective services for everyone in the later stage. The "Follow with Awards" event was held at the alliance booth, attracting everyone's participation and making AGOA’s orange a unique and beautiful scenery at the conference.
5、Alliance Builds a Collaborative Bridge Between Vital Group and Tianjin University of Technology

On the morning of September 11, the delegation of the Central Research Institute in Vital Group visited the School of Integrated Circuit Science and Engineering of Tianjin University of Technology, and the three parties conducted in-depth discussions on the growth and application fields of the fourth-generation semiconductor Gallium Oxide materials and reached a consensus on cooperation. As of now, both parties have carried out further work and the alliance will continue to follow up.
6、On September 26, 2024, The Second Council of The First Session of AGOA was Successfully Convened

All alliance directors and agents attended this meeting. The meeting adopted the form of online communication, determined the amount of membership dues and benefits, everyone unanimously approves the addition of Xidian University and Hangzhou Garen Semiconductor Co., Ltd as new council units. Finally, all directors and agents communicated. Everyone is looking forward to the future brand conferences and international small-scale exchange meetings of the alliance.

7、The Alliance Learns about the Relevant Knowledge of Association Standards and Clarifies Future Development Plans for Standardization
On October 9th, through Tencent Meeting, alliance learned about association standardization from Professor Wu Yongqing of Shanghai Institute of Ceramics,Chinese Academy of Sciences, and consulted with Professor Wu on standard certification, standard specifications, basic requirements, and other related topics. During the meeting, Professor Wu provided answers to the questions raised by the alliance staff. Through this learning experience, the alliance has cleared up the importance of obtaining standardized qualifications.
8、Upgrade and Optimize the Alliance Promotion Platform to Provide Members with Rich, Comprehensive, Timely and Effective Services
On October 24, 2024, the official migration of the Alliance official account began, and on October 28, the migration was completed, the new official account has been launched. The new official account is updated three times a week, with a release time of 4 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. This optimization adjustment is an important step in the service journey of the alliance platform, aimed at providing you with richer and more timely industry information, deepening communication and interaction, and jointly promoting the development of Gallium Oxide technology and applications. After adjustment, both reading volume and fans number have significantly increased.
The Asian Gallium Oxide Alliance website has adjusted the content of the member zone and added member promotion sections, video promotion sections, etc. Considering the supporting services after the membership fee is collected, member login and content only for member browsing have been set up, as well as independent Exclusive Information and Conference Replay. 9、Asian Gallium Oxide Alliance Participates in the Conference Organized by Innovation Association of Wide Bandgap Semiconductor Technology for Learning and Exchange

The alliance learned from the experience of the Association through this conference, gained a deep understanding and learning of the conference process and arrangements, and expanded the alliance's conference knowledge.The alliance as the media partner of this conference, had a brief exchange with the leader of the Innovation Association of Wide Bandgap Semiconductor Technology, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation between the two parties.
During the conference, Ms. Fei Xuemei, Secretary General of the Alliance, and relevant personnel visited the booths of Alliance members and had in-depth exchanges. The alliance thanks member units for providing guidance and suggestions for the development of the alliance.

10、Alliance visits Journal of Synthetic Crystals and Innovation Association of Wide Bandgap Semiconductor Technology for Exchange and Learning
On the morning of July 5th, the Alliance visited the Journal of Synthetic Crystals located in Beijing, with the theme of exchange and learning, discussing future cooperation methods and common development. The leaders, Du Hongbing and Zhang Lihong with their teams from the Journal of Synthetic Crystals received us and introduced the development history, current scale, and related fields of the journal to the alliance. Ms. Fei Xuemei, Secretary General of the alliance, also introduced the situation, service content, and service direction of the alliance to Du Hongbing and Zhang Lihong as well as their teams. Both parties have a deeper understanding because of this opportunity and have preliminarily discussed some cooperation intentions.
On the afternoon of July 5th, the alliance visited two leaders of Innovation Association of Wide Bandgap Semiconductor Technology, Liu Yichen and Hou Xifeng, at the Beijing. The two sides provided detailed introductions on their business philosophy and service content, increasing mutual understanding. During this period, Dr. Hou Xifeng from the Association shared some ideas on conference, which gave us a lot of gains. Both parties have reached an agreement on media cooperation and future conference collaboration.
11、Director Qi Hongji of Hangzhou Fujia Gallium Led the Team to the Alliance Office to Listen to the Work Report and Guide the Alliance's Work
On August 14th, Director Qi Hongji of Hangzhou Fujia Gallium led his team to the Alliance Office in Tianjin for an exchange, where they listened to the Alliance's report on the work in the first half of the year and ideas for future work. After the report, Director Qi put forward his own suggestions and provided guidance on the direction of the alliance's work.
12、Alliance Visits Chairman Zhang Jincheng, Director of the Technical Expert Committee

On August 21st, Mr. Shen Tao, Chairman of the Alliance, and Ms. Fei Xuemei, Secretary General, led a team to visit Chairman Zhang Jincheng, Director of the Technical Expert Committee, at Xidian University. Alliance reported to Principal Zhang on the work of the alliance in the first half of this year, the plan for the second half of the year, and the framework for next year's brand conference. We had a detailed communication with Principal Zhang on the development of the Gallium Oxide industry and the service direction of the alliance. As the chairman of the technical expert committee of the alliance, Principal Zhang first affirmed the idea of building a talent pool and standardizing preparations for the alliance, and put forward guiding suggestions. Later, he shared his experience in organizing the conference with us and expressed support and anticipation for the alliance's brand conference.
13、Alliance Visits Member Unit - Shenzhen Vector Scientific Instrument Co., Ltd

On November 8, 2024, at the invitation of Shenzhen Vector Scientific Instrument Co., Ltd, Secretary General Ms. Fei Xuemei led the team to Shenzhen for learning and exchange. Mr. Wang Yu, the General Manager of Vector Scientific Instrument, introduced us to the current development status of the company and expressed the need for an alliance to share conference resources and build a bridge for school enterprise cooperation. The Secretary General of the Alliance introduced the main service concepts and contents of the Alliance, and also learned about some problems encountered in the development of enterprises during the exchange. The subsequent alliance will continuously collect more information and demands through "member visits", and provide more accurate and effective services to member enterprises through the integration advantages of the alliance platform.
