      On the afternoon of January 16, 2025, the third council of the first session of the Asian Gallium Oxide Alliance was successfully held.

      This time, the council was still held in the way of online meeting, and the alliance will report to the Council Member on the work summary, financial data and membership fee payment data for 2024, and discuss the content of the alliance key work plan for 2025 with the Council Member and agents. At the council, we focused on the four core topics of alliance brand conference, featured activities, talent pool construction and standardization process.

      The Council Member deeply feel that the special meeting should pay attention to the quality and effect, and agree that the alliance as a whole, only win-win cooperation is in line with the purpose of the alliance at this stage, unite member units, take the strategy of organizing groups to participate in or hosting the Gallium Oxide sub-forum as the main path for the current development of the alliance. This move, regardless of participating in domestic and international meetings, can highlight the cohesion of the alliance, while providing more comprehensive and efficient services for member units.

      The directors express their support and welcome for the establishment of the talent pool. With the continuous advancement of Gallium Oxide industrialization, more talents are needed to participate in the industrialization of Gallium Oxide. As a bridge between university research institutes and industrial enterprises, the alliance should change from passive to active, do a good job in the construction of the basic human resource pool, actively understand the talent needs of member units, and do a good job in the bridge work.

      For the standardization work, all Council Member also agree that with the in-depth study of Gallium Oxide materials, the establishment of various Gallium Oxide standards is particularly important. Council Member affirm the promotion of standardization work in the alliance. President Kuramata, also expressed his willingness to provide support and assistance.

      In this council, the Council Member actively participated, actively spoke, and put forward their own ideas and suggestions, detailed the work ideas and work content of the alliance, and provided support and help for the future work of the alliance. On behalf of the alliance, we would like to thank all the Council Member.

      The secretary general of the alliance and the staff sincerely thank all the Council Member for attending the council during their busy schedule, offering suggestions for the future work of the alliance and pointing out the future work direction of the alliance.

      3、Build an alliance expert and professional talent pool, gradually connect with school teachers and enterprise personnel, clarify the needs of all parties, and build a talent bridge

      4、Continue to develop alliance members of various countries, maintain friendly exchanges with experts and professors, and enhance the international visibility of alliance

      5、Visit alliance member units in depth, clarify the demands of members, and provide services to meet the needs of members

      6、Promote the association standard process and expand the resources of association standards

      7、Learn and exchange, expand alliance brand resources, and provide members with integrated publicity and promotion services

      8、Improve the service content and quality of subscription number and website, and create a “Focused, Professional and Dedicated” service platform
