The 2025 Semiconductor New Materials Development (Wuxi) Conference was successfully held in the splendid city of Wuxi, from April 16 to 18. More than 600 experts, scholars and industry elites from over 300 institutions in China's semiconductor materials and related upstream and downstream fields gathered in the early spring of April to discuss hot issues in China's semiconductor materials technology and industrial development.

The opening ceremony was presided over by Lin Jian, secretary-general of the Semiconductor Materials Branch of the China Electronic Materials Industry Association. The report covers the technological frontiers, application innovations and industry hotspots in the development of many semiconductor materials fields such as Silicon Carbide materials, Gallium Nitride materials, Diamond materials and Gallium Oxide materials. During the conference, the beautiful alliance orange stood out strikingly against the backdrop of a group of tech blue.
