      Berlin, Germany, NextGO Epi was officially established as a large-scale manufacturing company specializing in high-quality β-Ga₂O₃ (Gallium Oxide) epitaxial wafer, aiming to provide critical materials for high-power and photoelectric detection applications. NextGO Epi is an incubated enterprise of the Leibniz-Institut für Kristallzüchtung (IKZ) in Germany (Figure 1), co-founded in 2025 by Dr. Ta-shun Chou, Dr. Andreas Popp and Dr. Andreas Fiedler.

      NextGO Epi employs metal-organic chemical vapor phase (MOVPE) technology and is committed to providing Gallium Oxide-based epitaxial wafer with significant cost and performance advantages for critical fields such as electric vehicles, rail transit systems, and renewable energy infrastructure. With the rapid growth in global demand for efficient energy management solutions, the company will become a leading global supplier of Gallium Oxide epitaxial wafer, support customers achieve more efficient high-power devices and reduce energy consumption.
