Brief Introduction

      Mi Wei is an associate professor and master supervisor of School of Integrated Circuit Science and Engineering, Tianjin University of Technology. He is a head of the Department of Electronic Science and Technology, who received his Ph. D. from Shandong University. And a third-level talent of Tianjin's 131 program. The main research direction is wide band gap semiconductor materials and devices. Served as a member of the National Nanotechnology Standardization Technical Committee, a technical expert of Beijing Infrared Semiconductor Technology Co., LTD., and a member of the Technical Expert Committee of the Asian Gallium Oxide Alliance. He has published over 20 papers as the first or corresponding author, and has been involved in several projects including the Tianjin Natural Science Foundation, Tianjin Key R & D Plan, and entrusted projects by enterprises and public institutions, and authorized 4 invention patents.
