      Recently, the Tianjin Science and Technology Bureau announced the list of proposed projects to be supported by Tianjin Enterprise Science and Technology Envoy. Five teachers from the "Advanced Semiconductor Devices and Integration Technology Research Team" of our college, Zhao Jinshi, Gao Shilun, Wang Di, Wang Qi and He Lin 'an, successfully obtained project support.

      In recent years, the college has actively responded to the national and Tianjin The integration of Industry and education strategies. Led by Professor Zhao Jinshi, the team has delved into the front lines of enterprises, proactively connected with their demands, and many teachers have been stationed in enterprises such as Tianjin Jinwo Energy Technology Co., LTD., Tianjin Infray Technology Co., LTD., Tianjin Zhongtian Haisheng Environmental Protection Technology Co., LTD., and Tianjin Myriad Etron Technology Co., Ltd Promote the deep integration of research and industry.

      The team has been conducting scientific and technological research and development in the fields of new resistive variable memory, wide band gap semiconductors, semiconductor photodetectors, micro-electromechanical systems and new energy technology. It has cumulatively undertaken 9 horizontal research and development projects of the enterprise, with a contract amount exceeding 30 million yuan. Relying on the university-enterprise joint laboratory, a number of scientific research achievements have been successfully commercialized. Some of the products have a market share of over 30% in their respective segments and have been widely applied in the field of people's livelihood improvement.

      The college will further explore and form a long-term mechanism of " University-Industry Collaboration for Talent Development", continuously promote the transfer and transformation of scientific research achievements, and provide strong support for the industrial upgrading and regional development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
