      From July 15th to 17th, the " 2025 Wide Band Gap Semiconductor Technology and Application Development Summit Forum" will be grandly held in Wuhu City, Anhui Province. The forum will focus on the entire industrial chain of wide band gap semiconductors, including consumables, equipment, materials, epitaxy, devices and applications. It will feature four special sessions: Key Technological Breakthroughs for the Coordinated Development of the Industrial Chain, New Expansion of Wide Band Gap Semiconductor Application Scenarios, Research and Development and Industrial Development of Gallium Oxide Technology, and Development and Innovation of High-End Intelligent Sensor Technology. Deeply explore new paths for the coordinated development of the wide band gap semiconductor industry chain, and contribute wisdom and strength to the future development of the wide band gap semiconductor industry.

Gallium Oxide Parallel Session

      At this meeting, the Asian Gallium Oxide Alliance, as the main organizer of the Gallium Oxide parallel session, comprehensively coordinated the preparation and organization of the parallel session. During the preparation stage, the alliance established a dedicated working group to efficiently coordinate key tasks such as report invitations and expert engagement. Through multiple rounds of communication, the team overcame various coordination challenges and successfully completed key preparation work such as expert’s lineup and agenda planning. We sincerely invite all colleagues to attend the Gallium Oxide parallel session, understand the cutting-edge viewpoints in the industry, and jointly promote the in-depth development of Gallium Oxide technology and industry.
