【Conference Information】2025 Semiconductor Materials Industry Development (Zhengzhou) Conference

Dear Members and Relevant Organizations,

      The development of semiconductor materials has become one of the focal points of global competition. To support the high-quality development of China’s semiconductor materials industry, strengthen cooperation and exchanges across the upstream and downstream of the industry chain, and help the industry and related enterprises discover new development opportunities, the Semiconductor Materials Branch of the China Electronic Materials Industry Association will hold the “2025 Semiconductor Materials Industry Development (Zhengzhou) Conference” and the “2025 Annual Meeting of the Semiconductor Materials Branch of the China ElectronicsMaterials Industry Association” from October 22 to 25, 2025, in Zhengzhou, Henan Province.

      This conference will focus on the new patterns, trends, and demands faced by the global semiconductor materials industry under the current situation. With the theme of “Collaborative Development, Shared Cooperation,” the conference will cover the development and application of first-generation silicon and germanium materials, second-generation gallium arsenide and indium phosphide materials, third-generation silicon carbide and gallium nitride materials, and fourth-generation materials such as gallium oxide, aluminum nitride, and diamond. The event will explore how to deepen industry chain integration, strengthen supply chain collaboration, consolidate the core capabilities of semiconductor materials enterprises, and enhance the competitiveness of China’s semiconductor materials industry.
