Ye Jiandong     Professor, School of Electronic Science and Engineering, Nanjing University

  He received his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Engineering from Nanjing University in 2002 and 2006. During 2006 and 2010, he worked in Microelectronics Research Institute of Singapore Science and Technology Development Authority (A * STAR), Senior Research Engineer;With a scholarship, Queen Elizabeth II Fellow, he served at the Australia National University from 2010 to 2011. Since 2011, he has been a professor and doctoral supervisor of Nanjing University. During his work abroad, he has led over and completed the major science and technology projects of the Singapore Science and Technology Development Council, the innovation and exploration projects and the talent innovation projects of the Australian Research Foundation.In 2013, he was funded by the National Outstanding Youth Fund and Jiangsu Provincial Outstanding Youth Fund. In 2014, he was funded by the 11th batch of "Six Peak Talents" Training Program of Jiangsu Province.

  In recent years, he is mainly engaged in the research of oxide semiconductor photo electronic materials and information functional devices. He has presided over the National Key Research and Development Program, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Jiangsu Provincial Key Research and development Program.In the past five years, he has published 62 papers in IEEE TED / EDL / TPE, APL, AppL. Physics. Rev., Adv. Mater., Nano Lett., ACS Nano, 3 English reviews and 1 monograph. He has been invited many times to give reports at the American Materials Society Conference (MRS) and other important international academic conferences.

1、Wide band gap oxide semiconductor material epitaxy;

2、Physics research of oxide heterogeneous interface and application of photoelectric information functional devices;

3、Research on ultra-wide band gap oxide power devices
