      Recently, Hangzhou Garen Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “GAREN SEMI”) has successfully obtained ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification. The scope of certification comprehensively covers the research, development, and manufacturing of Gallium Oxide materials.
      This milestone marks the company’s formal alignment with international standards in quality management, process control, and product reliability, laying a solid foundation for strengthening mass production capabilities, deepening downstream collaboration, and accelerating industrialization. It also highlights GAREN SEMI’s robust strength and continued leadership in the global Gallium Oxide field.

      As the world’s most widely adopted quality management system standard, ISO 9001 is built upon the principles of risk-based thinking and process management, imposing rigorous requirements on quality control across the entire operational chain. During the certification process, the authorized auditing body conducted a comprehensive and detailed assessment of GAREN SEMI’s R&D design, manufacturing processes, quality inspection systems, and supply chain management. The audit fully recognized the company’s mature management framework and its unwavering commitment to excellence in Gallium Oxide materials.

      As a global pioneer and the first company to realize multi-technology-route and multi-crystal-orientation 8-inch Gallium Oxide single crystal fabrication, GAREN SEMI has built comprehensive technological leadership. In 2025, the company successfully produced the world’s first 8-inch Gallium Oxide single crystal using its proprietary casting method, and achieved a stepwise breakthrough in Vertical Bridgman (VB) growth, advancing from 4-inch to 8-inch crystals. The 8-inch single crystal reached an equal-diameter length of 20 mm.
