【Conference Information】The 73rd JSAP Spring Meeting 2026

      The conference is one of the largest and most influential annual meetings in the field of applied physics and related engineering disciplines in Japan. It has long served as a major gathering for researchers from universities, research institutes, and industry, providing a platform to showcase the latest research achievements and technological advances in applied physics from Japan and across Asia. The technical program of this year’s conference covers a wide range of topics, including semiconductor materials and devices, wide-bandgap semiconductors, optoelectronics and optics, quantum and spin electronics, thin-film materials and fabrication processes, nanotechnology, MEMS and sensors, as well as energy and functional materials. Academic exchange will be conducted through oral presentations, poster sessions, and topical symposia. In parallel with the conference, the JSAP EXPO Spring 2026 industrial exhibition will be held, featuring technologies related to semiconductor materials, manufacturing processes, and testing and characterization equipment.
