Hangzhou Institute of Optical and Mechanical Engineering’s Russell Center (Zhejiang Key Laboratory of Microstructured Special Optical Fibers) achieved a continuous fiber drawing breakthrough exceeding 15 kilometers in the air-core fiber field. Meanwhile, Jingfei Semiconductor, also incubated by Hangzhou Institute of Optical and Mechanical Engineering, overcame the laser lift-off technology challenge for 12-inch Silicon Carbide wafers… collectively demonstrating Hangzhou Institute of Optical and Mechanical Engineering’s strong capability in “hard tech” achievement transformation and industrial empowerment.
