On the afternoon of May 13, Shandong Extreme Temperature New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Shandong Extreme Temperature”) and Hangzhou GAREN Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “GAREN SEMI”), a leading core enterprise in the fourth-generation semiconductor gallium oxide (Ga₂O₃) sector, officially signed a deep strategic cooperation agreement, with the signing ceremony successfully concluded.
Building on years of collaboration, both parties reached a consensus on key topics including industrial development, technology iteration, and coordinated layout. With this strategic upgrade as a milestone, Shandong Extreme Temperature will no longer serve merely as a supplier of thermal-field products, but will become a close partner with GAREN SEMI in jointly establishing a “materials–thermal-field” collaborative R&D system. This integration will leverage Shandong Extreme Temperature’s advantages in zirconia-based thermal insulation materials—such as high-temperature stability, thermal-field uniformity, and ultra-low thermal conductivity—together with Hangzhou GAREN’s R&D and mass-production capabilities, achieving true synergy from “supporting” to “co-evolving.” This collaboration is expected to drive the expansion of Ga₂O₃ production capacity, technological iteration, and deeper industrial coordination.
