Recently, Fujia Gallium Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Fujia Gallium”) and Jiangsu Marching Power Microelectronics Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Marching Power”) officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two parties will establish a long-term and stable strategic partnership centered on collaborative innovation across the entire gallium oxide value chain, covering substrates, epitaxy, devices, modules, and applications, jointly promoting the industrialization of fourth-generation semiconductor gallium oxide technologies.

This strategic cooperation represents the first strong alliance between leading enterprises in key segments of the gallium oxide industry chain, marking the transition of China’s gallium oxide industrialization from “material breakthroughs” to a new stage of “full-chain collaboration.” By leveraging their complementary strengths, the two companies will accelerate the integration of the complete value chain from materials to devices and applications. Through joint investment and coordinated strategic development, they aim to take a leading position globally in realizing the full-chain integration of gallium oxide technologies, strengthen China’s international competitiveness in the strategic frontier field of ultra-wide bandgap semiconductor materials, and contribute industrial strength toward achieving high-level technological self-reliance.
About Fujia Gallium
Founded in 2019, Fujia Gallium is a pioneer in the industrialization of gallium oxide materials in China. The company has developed core technologies covering equipment, substrates, and epitaxy in the gallium oxide field, and has established China’s first high-volume production line for high-quality gallium oxide substrates and epitaxial wafers at the 10,000-wafer scale.
