At this exhibition, Shandong Liguan Microelectronics Equipment Co., Ltd. will present a range of independently developed core crystal growth systems and semiconductor thermal processing equipment, focusing on the volume production needs of semiconductor chips and compound semiconductor single crystals, and demonstrating the technical strength of domestically manufactured crystal growth equipment.

I. 12-Inch Vertical Furnace
Covering a full suite of core thermal processing processes for silicon-based wafers, including oxidation, diffusion, annealing, LPCVD, and ALD. Leveraging independent system integration, high-precision temperature field uniformity control, and high-cleanliness vacuum chamber design, the equipment features exceptional batch-to-batch consistency, outstanding thin-film uniformity, and long-term operational stability. The complete hardware and software system is highly self-sufficient, meeting the domestic substitution requirements of Chinese wafer fabrication lines. Supported by an in-house technical support system, it delivers highly reliable equipment solutions for logic chips, power devices, and memory chip production lines.
II. Crystal Growth Equipment
PVT Crystal Growth System: Designed for the preparation of wide-bandgap semiconductor single crystals such as silicon carbide (SiC), featuring precise closed-loop temperature field control to enhance crystal integrity and yield, supporting the large-scale domestic production of SiC substrates.
HVPE Crystal Growth System: Optimized for high-quality epitaxial growth of gallium nitride (GaN) and gallium oxide (Ga₂O₃) layers, offering excellent thermal field uniformity and well-suited for power device and RF device epitaxial processes.
VB/VGF Crystal Growth System: Used for the growth of indium phosphide (InP), gallium arsenide (GaAs), optoelectronic functional crystals, and compound semiconductor single crystals, featuring a high degree of automation and robust process stability.
