【Conference News】The 1st Web Seminar on Industry and Development of Gallium Oxide —— Successful Completion

      Hosted by Asian Gallium Oxide Alliance and co-organized by Tianjin Wonder-sino International Trading Co., Ltd. and Novel Crystal Technology Inc., the First Seminar on Asian Gallium Oxide Industry and Development was successfully convened on the afternoon of June 8, 2023.

      This conference focused on the latest research progress and technology application in the field of gallium oxide, promoting the interactive exchange and academic discussion in the field in Asia, and promote the development of gallium oxide materials. We are honored to invite Mr. Shen Tao and Akito Kuramata, two joint co-directors of the Alliance, to deliver a welcome speech to our first conference. The content of the report covers the substrate of gallium oxide, power devices and HVPE epitaxy, etc. Mr.Zhou Hong from Xidian University, Ms.Pei Yanli from Sun Yat-sen University, Mr. Miyamoto from Novel Crystal Technology and Mr.Sasaki were invited to give a special report at the meeting. At the meeting, everyone actively discussed and raised questions. The experts and teachers also gave detailed answers as response, which were impressive and left the audience feeling attached to the conference.

      The First Asian Gallium Oxide Industry Development Seminar held by the Asian Gallium Oxide Alliance has been a complete success. The excellent presentations and explanations were highlights of the meeting, and the interactive questions from the audience were also very popular, which fully proved the importance of organizing the meeting to communicate. In the follow-up work, the Alliance will collect opinions and suggestions for the alliance conference to better serve the members. At the same time, the Alliance will sort out the questions and answers in the interactive Q & A session, which will be released on the platform later. Please keep following us.
