【Specialist Intro】Mu Wenxiang —— the Member of Technical Expert Committee

Profile

Mu Wenxiang, associate professor, doctoral supervisor. In 2013 and 2018, he received his Bachelor of Science degree and Doctor of Engineering degree from Shandong University respectively, and under the guidance of Professor Tao Xutang. He dedicated to research of ultra-wide band gap semiconductor β-Ga₂O₃ such as the single crystal growth, substrate processing, performance optimization and device. He designed and optimized the single crystal growth equipment of edge-defined film-fed growth, and the high-quality and large-size β-Ga₂O₃ single crystal was obtained from scratch. He and his research team cooperated with relevant organizations at home and abroad to obtain high-performance semiconductor devices. His research work has been supported by a series of major projects, such as the National Key Research and Development Program, the Key Project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Shandong Provincial Major Science and Technology Innovation Project. Based on the above work, Professor Mu Wenxiang participated in the construction of the national platform "New Generation Semiconductor Material Integration Platform" and the Jinan Wide Band Ban Semiconductor Industry Research Institute of Shandong University. He has published more than 40 academic papers and applied for 15 invention patents.
