      In February this year, the finals of the National Disruptive Technology Innovation Competition hosted by the Ministry of Science and Technology came to a successful conclusion in Hangzhou. After three days of fierce competition, the Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen) Master of Science in Management MBM2023 Wang Mengyuan's enterprise -- Fujian Jingxu Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. finally won the final highest award "Winning Prize" with unanimous approval! It is the only enterprise in Fujian Province that won the award.

      "Jingxu Semiconductor Technology Project participated in the finals as one of Fujian's representatives, and winning unanimous votes in the finals is a recognition of our 18 years of hard work!" Wang Mengyuan introduced that the team through nearly 20 years of innovation accumulation and industry deep roots, the company based on epsilon(ε) phase Gallium Oxide film material superior piezoelectric characteristics, in the world's first mass production of superior quality Gallium Oxide based surface/bulk acoustic wave RF filter chip products. At present, it is the only enterprise in the world with independent mass production and delivery capability of Gallium Oxide based BAW filter chips.

      Every innovation is the courage to explore the unknown. Wang Mengyuan has been engaged in the research of optoelectronic semiconductor materials, epitaxy, chip and packaging technology since 2002. Over the years of working experience in middle and upper reaches of optoelectronic semiconductor enterprises, he has rich experience in epitaxy, chip high-tech research and development and industrial transformation.

      With the rapid development of the company, he chose to go back to school for further study. Speaking about his initial intention to study at MBM, Wang Mengyuan said, "I hope to further improve my business management knowledge and my ability to solve various problems, so that I can combine what I have learned with my rich work experience, and truly apply what I have learned to practice.
