The International Workshop on Gallium Oxide and Related Materials (IWGO) is the most prestigious international forum for Gallium Oxide and related materials, covering new developments in physics and oxide-related technologies. The workshop, held every two years since 2015, brings together scientists and engineers engaged in various aspects of material and equipment technology research, aiming to promote academic exchanges and cooperation, technological progress and application innovation, and provide a platform for scholars to exchange and learn. The 5th International Workshop on Gallium Oxide and Related Materials (IWGO 2024) will be held at Kulturbrauerei, Berlin, Germany, from 26 to 31 May. The workshop will focus on the growth, characterization, theory and application of materials, and invite renowned experts and scholars in related fields to share their latest research results.
