      On the morning of September 11, the delegation of the Central Research Institute in Vital Group visited the School of Integrated Circuit Science and Engineering of Tianjin University of Technology, and the three parties conducted in-depth discussions on the growth and application fields of the fourth generation semiconductor Gallium Oxide materials and reached a consensus on cooperation.

      Professor Wang Di from Tianjin University of Technology led the delegation to visit the laboratory of the college, introduced the fourth generation semiconductor material epitaxy growth process line and related test equipment of the College of Integrated  Circuit Science and Engineering, and shared the research results of the college in the field of the fourth generation semiconductor, especially the latest progress in the epitaxy process of Gallium Oxide materials.

      Subsequently, professor Mi Wei and Wang Di had an in-depth exchange and discussion with the delegation on the cooperation between the two sides. Zhao Yuzhe, Project Director of the Central Research Institute of Vital Group, shared the group's development history, corporate culture and diversified product lines, and introduced the Group's latest achievements and future development strategies in the preparation of Gallium Oxide single crystal materials. The two sides held heated discussions on cutting-edge technical issues such as Gallium Oxide crystal preparation and epitaxial growth, and reached a high degree of consensus in a number of cooperation areas, laying a good foundation for future in-depth cooperation. Shen Tao, chairman of the alliance, said that he would give full play to the platform advantages of the alliance, promote resource sharing and complementary advantages among member units, and promote the industrialization of the Gallium Oxide project.
