Recently, the "Opinions on Deepening the Implementation of the 'AI Plus' Action" was officially released, proposing for the first time the "AI Plus Six Major Actions," among which "AI Plus Industrial Development" was highlighted as a key implementation scenario. The document encourages qualified enterprises to integrate artificial intelligence into strategic planning, organizational structures, and business processes to promote the intelligent transformation of all elements of industry and accelerate the upgrading of traditional sectors.

In Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, reporters from CCTV Finance visited Hangzhou Fujia Gallium Technology Co., Ltd.home to the worlds first intelligent production line that uses artificial intelligence to manufacture fourth-generation semiconductor Gallium Oxide. Operating in an extreme environment of 1,900°C, the company’s self-developed AI system enables 24/7 process parameter control. By performing real-time recognition of images and parameter data during the crystal growth process, the system can automatically determine whether the crystal is too cold or too hot and immediately adjust the temperature and furnace pressure to ensure stable Gallium Oxide crystal growth.

As a next-generation semiconductor material with enormous potential, Gallium Oxide has long been constrained by challenges such as high-temperature volatilization, decomposition, and demanding crystallization conditions, all of which have slowed its industrialization. Empowered by AI, Fujia Gallium has pioneered a “driverless mode” for semiconductor crystal growth for the first time. The company expects to achieve an annual production capacity of 10,000 wafers, with the yield rate increasing from 70% to over 90%, significantly lowering the technical threshold for Gallium Oxide industrialization.

Fujia Gallium Industry’s application of artificial intelligence has not only greatly improved crystal quality and production stability but has also accelerated the industrialization of Gallium Oxide—a key semiconductor material—encouraging more upstream and downstream enterprises to participate at a faster pace.
