The 6th Asia-Pacific Conference on Silicon Carbide and Related Materials (APCSCRM 2025) successfully concluded in Zhengzhou, Henan, from November 25 to 27, 2025.
With the theme “Wide Bandgap, Wider Future,” the three-day conference centered on innovation across the entire wide-bandgap semiconductor value chain, covering materials and equipment, device development, and system-level applications. Bringing together leading experts across the industry, the event fostered collective wisdom and collaborative innovation, injecting new momentum into the global wide-bandgap semiconductor ecosystem.

Suzhou GAO Semiconductor Co., Ltd. presented its series of Gallium Oxide products at the conference and engaged in in-depth discussions with industry peers.

Exhibition Highlights

During the event, Prof. Weihua Tang, Chairman of Suzhou GAO Semiconductor, delivered a keynote speech titled “Gallium Oxide-Based Solar-blind Ultraviolet Photonic Devices and Applications.”

GAO SEMI showcased a range of Gallium Oxide products at the event, including 2-inch (100) substrates, 4-inch (100) substrates, and heteroepitaxial wafers. These samples were displayed onsite for attendees to examine and experience.
