The company stated that it is steadily advancing its strategic positioning in forward-looking compound semiconductor technologies. Its subsidiary, Hunan San’an, has already initiated R&D programs in fourth-generation semiconductor materials, including Gallium Oxide and diamond. Silicon carbide substrates can significantly enhance optical performance and thermal management efficiency in optical waveguide applications, providing critical support for thinner, lighter AR glasses with higher resolution.
