【Conference Information】2026 Semiconductor Advanced Materials Development (Deyang) Conference

      At the intersection of the global technology race and the energy revolution, wide bandgap semiconductor materials, with their outstanding performance, have become core enabling materials for breaking through traditional technological bottlenecks and powering next-generation power electronics, RF communications, and extreme-environment applications.

      To promote the integrated development of scientific and industrial innovation in semiconductor new materials, strengthen collaboration across the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, and support the high-quality development of the new materials industry, the Semiconductor Materials Branch of the China Electronic Materials Industry Association will hold the “2026 Semiconductor Advanced Materials Development (Deyang) Conference” in Deyang, Sichuan Province, from April 15 to 18, 2026.

      With the theme of “Leading Wide Bandgap, Building a New Ecosystem,” the conference will bring together top experts and scholars from across the country, leading enterprises in the industrial chain, and innovative forces. Focusing on wide bandgap semiconductor materials such as silicon carbide, gallium nitride, gallium oxide, aluminum nitride, and diamond, the event will explore in depth how to build a complete industrial ecosystem—from material R&D and device manufacturing to application deployment—through technological breakthroughs, industrial chain collaboration, policy support, and ecosystem integration.
