      The opening ceremony was well-attended by distinguished guests. Chairman Wang Mengyuan and key figures jointly unveiled the new facility and held a ribbon-cutting ceremony, symbolizing Sunwise Semiconductor’s official launch in the innovative hub of Shenzhen. During the event, Mr. Wang reflected on the company’s journey from its beginnings in Shanghang, Fujian, highlighting years of development that led to breaking foreign monopolies in 5G high-frequency acoustic wave filter wafers and chip materials. He emphasized that the Shenzhen branch is a pivotal move in the "Technical Climbing + Market Expansion" strategy. Leveraging Shenzhen’s role as the core engine of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the branch will focus on attracting high-end R&D talent and strengthening synergy with upstream and downstream supply chains to secure a more prominent position for "Chinese Chips" in the global RF front-end market.

      The ceremony also featured a deep dive into cutting-edge technology by Chief Scientist Professor Wang Gang. Discussing Sunwise Semiconductor’s breakthroughs in Gallium Oxide, he noted that the company’s developed Gallium Oxide-based eBAW filter chips are of significant national strategic importance in resolving "bottleneck" issues in high-end RF chips. The team’s pioneering technical route based on single-crystal Gallium Oxide has broken the long-term monopoly held by the United States and Japan. This "0 to 1" original innovation serves as a powerful testament to China’s cultivation of new quality productive forces and the pursuit of high-level technological self-reliance.

      Mr. Wang Lirong, Chairman of Shenzhen Ruiyue Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd., spoke on behalf of the investors, recalling his journey with Sunwise since Ruiyue Investment’s 100-million-yuan strategic investment in early 2024. He emphasized that as the world’s only company capable of autonomous mass production and delivery of Gallium Oxide-based eBAW filter chips, Sunwise carries a mission to break international monopolies. He stated that the Shenzhen branch is a key transition from technical leadership to market leadership, and Ruiyue will continue its "Financing + Intelligence" empowerment model to connect Sunwise with more industrial resources and talent in the Greater Bay Area.
