【Conference Information】The 19th National Conference on MOCVD（2026.7.27-7.29）

      The 19th National Conference on MOCVD will be held from July 27 to 29, 2026, in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, China. The conference aims to systematically discuss key scientific and technological issues in the MOCVD field, promote collaboration among industry, academia, and research institutions, and facilitate the advancement of related technologies.

      The conference will focus on five major topics: “Material Growth, Characterization and Equipment,” “Power Electronics and RF Devices,” “Optoelectronic Devices and Applications,” “Ultra-wide Bandgap Semiconductors and Frontier Interdisciplinary Research,” and “Emerging Devices and New Applications such as AI.” It will provide an important platform for in-depth academic exchanges, industrial decision-making support, and technological collaboration.
