Yunlong He, Associate Professor, visiting scholar of National University of Singapore, winner of Outstanding Doctoral Thesis Nomination Award of Chinese Society of Electronic Education.

He has long been engaged in the research of wide-band semiconductor material epitaxy, device preparation and power module. He has presided over the Youth Project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Postdoctoral Foundation General Programme, and participated in a number of major national science and technology projects, the National Natural Science Foundation of China and other major national research projects. As the first author or corresponding author, he has published more than 10 academic papers in the top international journals in the field of applied physics such as "Applied Surface Science", "Applied Physics Letters" and "IEEE Electron Device Letters", and has published more than 50 academic papers as the participating author. He obtained more than 10 authorized invention patents, and applied for more than 50 invention patents. In addition, he also serves as a reviewer of several famous journals.
