      Since its establishment, Gallium and Semiconductor have applied for 18 domestic invention patents, with four core technologies: gallium oxide single crystal growth technology, gallium oxide substrate processing technology, gallium oxide thin film epitaxial technology, gallium oxide device technology.

      Gallium oxide is a kind of ultra-wide band gap material, with ultra-wide-band width (4.2-4.9eV), ultra-high critical breakdown field strength (8MV / cm), ultra-transparent conductivity and other excellent physical properties. Its various performance indicators have significant advantages over silicon, silicon carbide and gallium nitride.

      At present, semiconductor enterprises in many countries are competing to layout gallium oxide, but are all on the eve of industrialization. Gallium oxide may become an opportunity for our country to break through the "bottneck" situation.
