The company is committed to the application research of Gallium Oxide power chips, the main products are positioned in the motor, electronic control, power supply, sensor and other technologies, serving new energy vehicles, aerospace, wind power photovoltaic and other power electronics fields. The company has also strengthened its industrial layout and established a subsidiary, Changchun ZhongXin Microelectronics Technology Co., LTD., in July 2023 in Changchun to jointly develop and promote technologies for localized applications.

      The team developed the first large-scale Gallium Oxide MOCVD epitaxial equipment for commercial use in China, and integrated advanced science and technology such as computational fluid dynamics, quantum chemistry, big data and artificial intelligence to develop MOCVD intelligent growth system, which solved the problems of low crystal quality and poor reaction efficiency in the process of traditional MOCVD preparation of Gallium Oxide semiconductor. Promote the material research from the traditional experience, theory and calculation simulation stage into the research and development driven by big data, accelerate and promote the development and design of new materials, is the international semiconductor thin film epitaxy material engineering technology innovation.

      The company actively responded to the national semiconductor localization development policy, invested nearly 10 million yuan in research and development, applied for/authorized more than 30 national patents, won the first place in the startup group of the 12th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (Guangdong · Foshan Competition Area) in 2023, and the second prize in the startup group of the 12th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (Guangzhou Competition area) in 2023.
