With the successful conclusion of the 2024 Jiufengshan Forum and China International Compound Semiconductor Industry Expo (JFSC&CSE 2024) in Wuhan Optics Valley Science and Technology Exhibition Center from April 9-11, 2024, we have witnessed the prosperity and progress of the ultra-wide band gap semiconductor industry. Semiconductor, as the cornerstone of modern science and technology, carries the wisdom and dreams of countless people. Its development not only promotes the innovation of information technology, but also leads the progress of the whole society. Therefore, every breakthrough and innovation we make is particularly important.
Reviewing the exhibition, the Asian Gallium Oxide Alliance (hereinafter referred to as the “alliance”) found many very promising companies, while focusing on the latest semiconductor technologies and products. Alliance strengthens the exchanges between the industry, alliance firmly believes that only open and cooperation, can achieve win-win and prosperity!
The total number of participants is nearly 10,000. Many experts, scholars and enterprise personnel related to the semiconductor industry had interactive exchanges and visited and learned. The form of "demonstration + frontier forum + technology and business exchange" was adopted to help enterprises efficiently and powerfully expand target customer resources, and actively promote the accelerated rise of compound semiconductor industry.
Asia Gallium Oxide Alliance (hereinafter referred to as: Alliance) at Booth 1T44 in Supply Chain Area A1 in the Convention and Exhibition Area. Alliance this time to industry exchanges, talent pool landing, understanding the needs of all aspects of the industry as the main goal. While promoting alliance brand, strengthen service content and quality, and strive to build a professional service platform for Gallium Oxide industry.
In view of the talent pool landing, the alliance collected a lot of information from the applicant and the recruitment sides in this activity. After integration, the positions and needs of recruiters will be pushed through the alliance service platform, and interested partners are welcome to actively submit resumes. At the same time, for the information of candidates collected by the alliance, we will also establish the talent pool reserve and target the push according to their respective conditions, to improve the matching efficiency between enterprises and students, and really play the role of a bridge. During the exhibition, the alliance visited the participating member enterprises, conducted in-depth exchanges with representatives of all parties, and jointly discussed the latest information and experience in the industry.

Mainly engaged in Gallium Oxide single crystal material growth, Gallium Oxide substrate and epitaxial wafer research, production and sales. Products can be used in microwave electronics, power electronics and other fields.
The main products of this exhibition:
1、(100) UID and Sn doped 2 inch /4 inch Ga2O3 wafer.
2、Based on molecular beam epitaxy (MBE), the Sn-doped Ga2O3 homogeneous epitaxy film was grown on the semi-insulated 010 Fe-doped GaO substrate.
3、Based on metal-organic chemical vapor phase deposition (MOCVD), Ga2O3 homogeneous epitaxial film was grown on the conductive Sn doped Ga2O3 substrate.
The alliance had the honor to have an in-depth exchange with Council Member Mr. Qi Hongji when visiting the booth of Fujia Gallium Industry. In order to promote the development of the whole industry chain of Gallium Oxide, Mr. Qi gave a detailed interpretation of Gallium Oxide materials from national policies, industry technology and capital investment. Broaden our thinking and give us a clearer understanding of the Gallium Oxide industry. After 5 years of precipitation and accumulation, Fujia Gallium Industry has adhered to the work policy of Gallium Oxide industrialization, double drive of Gallium Oxide process and equipment, integration of the whole industry chain of Gallium Oxide. With this persistence, effective progress has been made in all directions. GAO SEMI displayed a series of Gallium Oxide products, 2 inch (100) crystal face and 4 inch (100) crystal face UID and Sn-doped single crystal substrate, 2 inch and 4 inch bulk and 12mm thick bulk, forming a systematic pattern for participants to visit and experience, attracting a large number of participants and representatives to come to consult and exchange.
In addition, GAO SEMI learned about the new trends and new developments in the semiconductor industry through exchanges with industry personnel. GAO SEMI is also more determined to the research and development of Gallium Oxide materials and series products, and will continue to give full play to the team's technical advantages, accelerate technological evolution, iterate and upgrade products, explore product applications, and join hands with industrial layout to promote the Gallium Oxide semiconductor industry in an all-round and high-speed development.

As the organizer, Jiufengshan Laboratory takes the vision of building the world's advanced compound semiconductor R&D and innovation center as the vision, establishes the world's first-class compound semiconductor technology and testing infrastructure in Optics Valley of China, and creates a public, open and shared scientific research platform. At present, the laboratory has set up a complete material system, as well as a mass production R & D platform including 7 process lines, and an advanced testing and analysis platform with comprehensive capabilities. With "heterogeneous integration", "advanced bonding", "compound epitaxial", "integrated microwave passive device (IPD) PDK", "Silicon Carbide (SiC) trench", "PZT piezoelectric MEMS" as the representative of the technical service capabilities.
The alliance had the honor to exchange and study with Wei Qiangmin when visiting the booth of Jiufengshan Laboratory. Director Wei instructed: Gallium Oxide is a material worth looking forward to, now more and more enterprises began to layout or invest in the research of Gallium Oxide, everyone is very hard to do, now is the lack of practical application of Gallium Oxide materials. Only when the actual application of the industry is done, the Gallium Oxide material will be more promising. It is hoped that advanced technology enterprises, research units and colleagues who deeply cultivate this field can jointly promote, this is the direction that we need to work together. At the same time, Mr. Wei hoped that the alliance could hold some special conferences on Gallium Oxide to accelerate the full industrialization of Gallium Oxide materials.

GAREN SEMI introduced its new product, Gallium Oxide 2-inch wafer-grade (010) substrate. Among the main crystal faces of Gallium Oxide single crystal substrate, (010) substrate has excellent performance in terms of physical properties and epitaxy, has great application prospects. At the same time, the Gallium Oxide 6 inch single crystal substrate was also presented.

The main products are the third and fourth generation of high-end semiconductor equipment. HVPE halide vapor phase epitaxy furnace (Gallium Oxide), Gallium Oxide Vertical Bridgman crystal growth furnace, EFG crystal growth furnace, the above equipment can be used for 2-6 inch Gallium Oxide crystal or epitaxy growth.
