      The International Workshop on Gallium Oxide and Related Materials (IWGO-2024) will be held in Berlin, Germany. As the most influential international conference on Gallium Oxide, IWGO has always attracted much attention and is a meeting platform for global Gallium Oxide industry experts to exchange and learn. Hangzhou Fujia Gallium will attend the international conference on Gallium Oxide.

      Hangzhou Fujia Gallium Technology Co., Ltd. was established on December 31, 2019. It is the first "hard technology" enterprise registered by Hangzhou Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics. In 2022, it will be awarded as Zhejiang Province Technology-based SMEs, in 2023, it will be awarded as National High-tech Enterprise, and in 2024, it will be awarded as Hangzhou Enterprise High-tech R&D Center. The company is mainly engaged in the growth of Gallium Oxide single-crystal materials, Gallium Oxide substrate and epitaxial wafer R&D, production and sales work. The products are mainly used in power devices, microwave radio frequency and photoelectric detection and other fields. The company has 11 international patent authorizations (5 in the U.S. and 6 in Japan), 37 domestic patent authorizations, 1 "Fujia Gallium" trademark registration and 2 software copyrights (crystal growth control software).

      This time, Qi Hongji, Chairman of Hangzhou Fujia Gallium Technology Co., Ltd., will present a report entitled "Better GO, Better WLD" at IWGO, sharing his thoughts on the industrialization path of the new semiconductor Gallium Oxide single crystal material and Fujia's progress in promoting the industrialization of Gallium Oxide materials. In addition to the report sharing, Chairman Qi Hongji will also bring the latest publicity materials of Hangzhou Fujia Gallium to facilitate discussion and exchange at the meeting.
