      Recently, Hejing Smart Construction (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. won the bid for Hangzhou Gallium Oxide single crystal material clean room general contracting project, which is the sixth key purification project won this quarter. The project has a total investment of 1.68 billion yuan and has built a 136 acres industrial plant area. It is said that it will build the world's first ultra-wide band gap semiconductor high-frequency filter chip production line, which will fill the gap in the field of Gallium Oxide piezoelectric film in China. Public information shows that Sunwise Semiconductor is a manufacturer that has the core technology of the full chain of high-frequency bulk acoustic wave filter chips (BAW) in 5G communications and operates in IDM mode. Its core technology is bulk acoustic wave filter chip based on Gallium Oxide single crystal as piezoelectric material, which has independent intellectual property rights and has obtained a number of technological innovations.
