      On December 25, 2024, the expert group organized by Professor Tao Xutang of Shandong University, Professor Long Shibing of University of Science and Technology of China and Professor Zhou Hong of Xidian University conducted on-site evaluation of Fujia Gallium's "one-click crystal growth" technology. The expert group reviewed the relevant data, listened to the work report of the development team of the "one-click crystal growth" D&R team of Fujia Gallium, and examined the operation of the single crystal automatic growth program on site, and agreed that the relevant team of Fujia Gallium verified the feasibility and stability of the Gallium Oxide automatic crystal growth mode, and the automatic crystal growth yield was more than 90%. In addition, the assessment expert group put forward suggestions from the aspects of Gallium Oxide single crystal automation technology, Gallium Oxide industry development and communication and cooperation between project teams, encouraging the development team to further improve the level of automatic crystal growth technology, improve the consistency of growth crystals, and provide equipment support for building the whole Gallium Oxide industry chain.
